AIL Leadership Opportunities

Entrepreneurs are determined, know how to lead others, and persevere to turn challenges into opportunities. The same is true of former military. Your service to your country taught you the value of hard work and commitment. At American Income Life, you can build upon the skills you acquired during the military so you can grow teams to achieve results. More than 11 million vets held civilian jobs in 2011.  American Income Life strives to be one of the top companies for former military and transitioning service members.

Advancement at American Income Life

The military is structured and advancement occurs when you achieve certain milestones.  It’s the same way at American Income Life.  The timing of your advancement is up to you.  It can go quickly or at the pace you choose. Our performance-based positions put you in control of how much you can earn. Typical first year earnings are between $40,000 to $60,000 for entry-level positions and $60,000 to $80,000 for beginning leadership positions. An insurance sales career offers the opportunity for renewals. That means sales professionals get paid residual income over and over again for a one-time sale.  With residual income, you earn money before you even get out of bed in the morning and can build wealth for your family for generations to come.

Owning a Business

Veterans own 9% of all businesses in the United States. We want to help more vets own their own businesses. At American Income Life, you can be in business for yourself but not by yourself. All of our State General Agents started as Agents and worked their way up to be a State General Agent.  There is no limit on how many people you can recruit to work in your office.  If you can recruit 100 people, you can have 100 people representing the products of American Income Life.
